As an employee of Orkney Islands Council you have access to your personal details, payslips, sickness absence and training on My View.
If you are a manager, you will also have access to view and manage your team in My View.
Our current contract for My View (and the background HR and Payroll System) is due to expire in February 2028. As such, we are now looking at our future needs and what we will use after that date.
This may mean
- we replace My View with a different system.
- or we stay with our current provider and use their latest versions.
To help us in this process, we want to hear about your experiences of using My View - what you use it for, how you access it, what you like currently, and what you might like it to do in the future.
